Translation Levels
Translation levels are classified into three categories: general, specialized, and advanced, depending on the content and difficulty of the writing.
General Level
Plain text mainly consisting of everyday conversations such as emails and letters, as well as business documents with low specialization, typically with a smaller volume of text.
Specialized Level
Manuals, specifications, technical documents, instruction manuals, etc. These typically have a larger volume of text.
Advanced Level
Highly creative texts that include elements of copywriting and have a high level of difficulty.
Translation Plans
We offer various options such as discounts for repeat customers and express plans for urgent requests.
Standard Plan
Express Plan
This is an express service for urgent deliveries.
Repeat Customer Discount
This is a discount system applied to customers who have used our services three times or more.

※ This fee applies when the actual costs do not meet the standard charges. For example, if the actual cost for the Standard plan is less than 4,400 yen, the fee will be set at 4,400 yen, and in principle, the initial charge will be billed at the actual cost.
Cancellation Fee
The initial charge will be billed at the actual cost. The minimum charge will apply.
Response to Defects
We will make corrections to the content free of charge for 14 days after delivery.
Translation Process
Inquiry via Email Form
Please provide your name, contact information, an overview of the translation materials, approximate volume of text, desired delivery date, etc. Based on your inquiry, we will provide a quotation.
Meeting via Web or In-Person
If you decide to place an order based on the quotation, we will proceed with the contract signing.
Sample Confirmation
You will review the translation sample.
Determine Pricing (Plan)
Based on the delivery date and difficulty of the content, you will finalize the plan.
Sign Non-Disclosure Agreement
Due to the confidentiality of many materials, we generally sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure your peace of mind.
Start Translation
If the contract proceeds smoothly, we will sign the order contract within about 3 business days from the meeting and start the translation work.
Proofreading and Confirmation
For standard plans with a small volume of text at the general level, the first draft will be available for review approximately 3 days after the translation begins.
In principle, proofreading is done once. If there are any corrections or changes, you will review them after the revisions.
Delivery
If there are no issues after proofreading, we will deliver the final product.
After delivery, we will issue an invoice, so please make the payment to our bank account by the specified due date.
