The duration depends on the examination period for the Certificate of Eligibility application, but generally, the process from job posting creation to interview and hiring takes about 1 to 2 months, and the examination period for the Certificate of Eligibility application takes approximately 1 to 3 months.
Must the interview be conducted on-site?
If possible, we would prefer to conduct on-site interviews to inspect the local educational environment, confirm Japanese language proficiency, and allow candidates to experience the local environment. However, due to travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, online interviews are also possible.
