We have entered into an exclusive import and sales agency agreement with Hangzhou Jufeng New Materials Co., Ltd., a new materials manufacturer based in China (Headquarters: Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China), and have commenced the sale of the biodegradable biomass plastic product “POLEC™”.
The biodegradable biomass plastic “POLEC™”, developed by Hangzhou Jufeng New Materials Co., Ltd., which is based in Hangzhou, China, in collaboration with Zhejiang University, known for its top-level research and development capabilities in Asia, has its biodegradability performance verified by the European DIN CERTCO biodegradability evaluation test EN13432. It has also obtained certification from the U.S. FDA for food contact materials and is broken down into water and carbon dioxide through the action of microorganisms in soil and composting facilities.
