Message from the Representative
PrimeArc Co., Ltd. has been engaged in a wide range of activities, starting with the acceptance of international students from around the world, providing education and living support for foreigners, and focusing on human resource support for companies, including VISA consulting, translation, and interpretation services. We are also currently involved in trade business.
I have experienced life in both Japan and China, and for over 15 years, I have been involved in recruiting international students and providing employment support for Japanese companies in China and Southeast Asian countries. Based on the experiences and sensitivities I have cultivated, I wanted to offer ways to leverage the strengths of both Japan and foreign countries through business. Perspectives in business, as well as perceptions of time and values, can vary greatly even within the same country, depending on the region. Rapidly developing countries have learned the strengths of Japanese companies in various contexts. However, on the other hand, many domestic companies today are faced with the reality that they need to adopt the speed of Chinese companies.
The current labor market is affected by declining birth rates and an aging population, facing various challenges. In a Japanese society that demands internationalization, we are committed to doing our utmost to solve these issues with conviction.
We will tackle the challenges of human resource development and employment for our clients in Japan, working diligently towards solutions, and we promise to provide the best proposals with a focus on quality through various routes.
For our overseas clients, we will provide consistent guidance from obtaining visas to various support during their stay in Japan, based on compliance with laws and regulations.
In our trade business, we will import and sell carefully selected high-quality products that can meet the needs of the times between Japan and China.
We aim to be a company that can contribute to society by leveraging our connections with overseas partners.
