What is a Specified Skilled Worker Registration Support Organization?

A registration support organization is an entity that implements all support based on the support plan for Specified Skilled Worker No. 1, under a support delegation contract with the accepting organization (Specified Skilled Worker affiliated organization). If part of the support is to be delegated, the scope of that delegation must be clearly stated in the Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 support plan.

The accepting organization, which is the Specified Skilled Worker affiliated organization, must create and provide support for a plan (Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 support plan) to ensure that Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 can engage in activities based on the “Specified Skilled Worker” residency status in a stable and smooth manner, including support in professional life, daily life, or social life. The registration support organization can provide “support” and “assistance in creating the support plan” for Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 based on a delegation from the Specified Skilled Worker affiliated organization.

How to Hire Specified Skilled Workers

Domestic Recruitment
Switching from Student Visa to Specified Skilled Worker Visa

If international students who are about to graduate have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test at N4 or higher, they can switch to a Specified Skilled Worker visa by passing the skill certification exam for their respective industries.
Additionally, it is also possible for technical intern trainees who are expected to complete the second or third level of technical internship in Japan to switch their visa.

Domestic Hiring

It is possible to hire excellent personnel who have completed the second level of technical internship and returned from countries such as Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Nepal, China, the Philippines, and Cambodia.
Additionally, it is also possible to hire exam passers from countries that conduct Specified Skilled Worker evaluation tests, such as Indonesia.

When hiring Specified Skilled Workers, accepting companies are primarily obligated to perform the support tasks mentioned above.
Additionally, some support, such as life orientation and regular interviews, must be conducted in a language (native language) that the foreign workers can understand. We will also support you in such cases, so please feel free to leave it to us.
